Hong Kong 2013

It’s been more than 6 years since I’ve been back to Hong Kong. Everywhere became busier and more crowded. Not that it wasn’t in the past as it has always been a shoppers and food paradise but a lot more crowded these days.

This trip was a rush, not much sight seeing or shopping. However still managed to meet some old friends and catch up! Wish I had stayed at least a day longer for shopping.

The highlights of this trip was of course having to meet friends! Others included the Broadway Cinematheque for its retro feel, the market street near the cinema, pet shops and aquariums in Mongkok, Megan’s Kitchen’s steamboat serves up very fresh food (you may spot some celebrities there if you’re lucky), the really reasonably priced and yummy Yum Cha near the hotel (similar setting as Red Star in Singapore but food tastes better) and stinky tofu along the streets!

Photos were mostly taken in a rush with iPhone.
