Had the pleasure to dine at EST in Sydney. It was a beautiful restaurant, the servers were friendly and professional and they serve great food.
We had the 4 course lunch at AUD$118 per pax. The servings were generous so we were already full before dessert.
Every course was beautifully plated! The Murray cod tasted like a Chinese dish as I tasted ginger and soy, think Cantonese steamed fish so it was healthy and made a nice oriental fusion dish. The rest of the dishes were divine… Well done Team EST!
