Divana has a few spas in bangkok. There is the Divana V (virtue spa and medical at Silom), Divana massage & spa at Sukhumvit and the Divana D (Divine) at Thonglor alley 17.
The branches at Sukhumvit and Silom were full on a Monday, but we managed to get a slot for a 2hr massage at the Thonglor branch.
It was like a colonial house converted into spa. The plants, gravels, stones, sound of running water created the feel of a resort in the wild.
We were greeted by a staff who told us to remove our shoes before stepping into the premise. She then guided us to be seated at the reception, took our details and someone else served us a cooling pandan drink.
Before the treatment, the staff would usually ask if we needed to use the toilet. Even the toilet looked nice. They also placed their shower gels and hand creams for trial.
On the way to the treatment rooms, there were water features with the sounds of running water. The lightings made the spa cosy and one feels relaxing to be there.
Our treatment room was huge, and even when the door was closed, we could hear the relaxing sound of the flowing water. Prior to the massage we had to shower. There was a safe and soaking tub in the room. We were also given robes to wear for the foot soak and scrub before the massage. We opted for the organic aromatic massage at 2150 baht for 2hr inclusive of the foot treatments.
The overall experience had been great. Good service, masseur and ambience. We were served pineapple and banana in a cute little pineapple pod after our session.
