Melia Sarria is a big hotel located on Av. De Sarria, 5min walk to the shopping stretch of Av Diagonal. On the other side, there’s also the tram terminal and more restaurants and shopping along Av de Josep Tarradellas. There were also cafes, patissier, convenient store, pharmacy, and a gourmet pasta/ cheese shop within 2min radius. The area at night is quiet so guests can have a peaceful environment. 

However, windows were not double glazed like Hotel Vueling so when ambulance passes by we can still hear. Walls are generally thin in the European hotels so we can hear the opening and closing or doors or when people talk outside the corridor. Otherwise this hotel room was comfy, big for a European hotel and came with good amenities and bathroom. It was about €183 per night including hotel and city tax. 

Generally food served by the restaurant were good. Tried breakfast and lunch buffet (no photos though).
