And so our journey continues from Jiaoxi and Yilan city, we’ll share about our 3 night experience at Villa loherb 日光绿筑 located amongst the padi fields in Luodong.

Arriving at night we could not really see its surroundings but the villa looked elegant and impressive from the outside. We were greeted by 2 friendly dogs when our car arrived. Check in was very swift and we were showed to our room by Dennis. He patiently explained how each item worked in our ‘vip’ room.

There was another room type in the same tier which was a loft and was also very nice and spacious!

We had a very relaxing night’s rest as the villa was very quiet and the bed and pillows (we could also choose firmer ones) were comfortable. The next morning, we had complimentary well balanced breakfast which included a sandwich, tuna alfalfa sprout cheese roll and salad and a drink (selection of coffees, teas, smoothies) and then the next morning we had waffles.

Their complimentary daily afternoon tea was also nice. Same selection of coffees, teas, smoothies but their cookies, cakes and another item change daily (photo above bottom left corner).

In the room, they offer daily probiotic for guests, a very nice touch. The rooms are very clean and they offer slippers for indoors and outdoors.
