A new sweets shop opened last week at the Singapore Shopping Center (190 Clemenceau Ave). 2 young pastry chefs, Michelle Looi and Sarah Tan graduated from Le Cordon Bleu and wanted to take specialty eclairs to the next level in Singapore. There were no cakes or other desserts, just 8 – 10 flavors of eclairs each day. The only savory item on their menu is chicken bacon pie.
We tried their chicken bacon pie, lemon meringue and mango passion fruit eclairs, and lemongrass pandan soda. We then took away dark chocolate, earl grey, strawberry pistachio, salted caramel.
We loved all their eclairs. However, the pie was too sweet for me but the salad which was served together was delicious. The full menu is provided below.
